Foreign spouses and minor children under the age of 18 of overseas Koreans with an F4 visa are eligible for a one-year visitor visitor (F-1-9) visa. You can also apply for an F4 visa to accompany your compatriot in Korea.
Foreign spouses with F1 visas are not allowed to engage in commercial activities such as employment, and if they do, they must change to an E7 visa, which is an employment visa.
